We
arrived in Solvang, California on August 10th in the late afternoon
to our vacation accommodations at the Solvang
Inn & Gardens.
Solvang is best known as a "little Danish replica village"
located in the heart of central coast California wine country.
Solvang is a quaint village with dozens of shops, eateries, and wine
tasting rooms along well-maintained streets easily walkable or
traversed with a tandem bicycle. Located in Santa Barbara county,
Solvang is centrally located to Los Olivos, Santa Ynez, Santa Maria,
and other Santa Barbara county towns.
